- Individuals with track records of working on equity private placement and / or mandate assignments in the TMT sectors.
At Associate Director or Director level we seek:
- Transaction executives with a proven record working on equity private placement or M&A assignments, gained from working with a bulge bracket bank or one of the premier boutiques.
At Analyst level we seek:
- 2nd / 3rd year Analysts from private equity, M&A, accountancy or consulting who have gained financial, analytical and modelling skills.

- Candidates who are in their final or penultimate year of study, or candidates who have taken a year out to gain relevant work experience and are highly motivated.
