Marie Kluth has over 16 years experience in the technology sector. Most recently an independent corporate finance advisory consultant, Marie previously held senior finance management roles at software companies including CFO of AIM-listed Corpora Plc (now Infonic) and Finance Director at Autodesk, where she led major acquisition, cost reduction and restructuring initiatives. Before this, Marie was a vice president and senior analyst covering software in Credit Suisse First Boston’s top-ranked equity research group. Prior to her investment and finance career, she was a manager in Ernst & Young’s entrepreneurial management consulting team, focused on providing operational and strategic advice to technology companies in California’s Silicon Valley. Marie started her career in sales and sales operations at AT&T. She holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a BA in economics and computer science from UCLA.

Jean-Yves is an experienced technology start-up and venture capital executive with more than 13 years of experience on both sides of the eco-system.
After starting his career in 1992 in Moscow, Jean-Yves joined in 1994 the Paris office of Atlas Venture, a trans-Atlantic, high-tech venture capital firm, as an Investment Analyst. From 1994 to 1999, Jean-Yves worked on European and US software and consumer services transactions such as Ilog (Nasdaq: ILOG), AlloCine, now owned by Vivendi, SpotFire, recently acquired by TIBCO, Castle Networks (later sold to Siemens) and Omnia Communications (sold to Ciena). In 1999, Jean-Yves left Atlas Venture to join the expanding Europatweb as a Senior Vice President and one of the Internet holding company's first European employees. While at Europatweb, Jean-Yves, in addition to being actively involved in growing the global Europatweb team, led and monitored a number of investments, mostly in the consumer-to-consumer auction space. One of his deals, EachNet, was sold to eBay in 2002. In 2002, Jean-Yves joined Logispring, a venture capital fund focused on supply chain technology investments as a Partner where he led the fund's investments in SeeWhy (real-time business intelligence; UK), Solsoft (network security policy management; France) and Xterprise (RFID integration services; US). He was also closely involved in the investment in Optiant, a Boston-based provider of supply chain optimization software.
Jean-Yves is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC), one of France's Grandes Ecoles of business.

Ian combines private equity and financial engineering expertise with a background in technology. Formerly at Allianz Capital Partners (the dedicated private equity arm of one of the world's largest insurers) Ian was part of the private equity team which grew the business from a start-up to one of the biggest German private equity operations. Prior to that, Ian worked at Nikko Europe in their principal investment division. Ian has a PhD in computer modelling from Imperial College, London. |

Before to joining Go4Venture, Johan was with the investment banking team of Friedman Billings Ramsey (FBR) in London. He moved to FBR following a number of years with Internet Business Group PLC (IBG) where he led the early stage venture capital investment team and was also a key member of the management team that successfully floated the company on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). He has a BA in Economics from from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Roger joined Go4Venture from Accenture where he was focusing on energy, utilities and financial Services. Roger has participated in a variety of projects while at Accenture, in particular leading a strategic procurement initiative at Bank of Ireland, reviewing trading risk management for nPower, managing a variety of projects for Shell and evaluating the European gas market de-regulation for Irish gas utilities. Roger also worked extensively with Accenture Alliances, managing strategic relationships and developing go-to-market opportunities with key technology partners such as IBM and SAP.
Prior to management consultancy, Roger worked on a research collaboration program between the UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority) and Euratom (European Atomic Energy Community) on a thermo nuclear fusion program, at Oxford. In particular this research role was focused on opto-electronics and laser diagnostics to increase current understanding of fusion related physics.
Roger holds a BE in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science from University College Cork, Ireland. Roger is presently a CFA Level 1 Candidate.

Before joining Go4Venture, Daniel gained operational experience with Meltwater News, a global leader in online media monitoring. Most recently he was Managing Director of the company's Austrian operations after beginning his career with them in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Daniel worked as a financial analyst at Intel Corporation at their headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Daniel graduated from Duke University with a BS in Economics.

Nick joined Go4Venture after moving to London to help start-up a commercial real estate consultancy while it was still in its infancy stages. The company was eventually merged with an established player. Prior to that, Nick worked both the London and New York offices of The Transportation Group (TTG), an investment banking boutique specialising in the transportation sector. While at TTG, Nick worked on a variety of aerospace projects, with a particular focus on the modelling of complex financing transactions. Nick graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Economics.

Before this Annie spent 3 years at Booz Allen & Hamilton as a European Recruitment Coordinator for Information Technology.
